I notice the false acscuer's name isn't mentioned above? Why not? Naming and shaming him is pretty much the closest thing you can get to justice. Get his full name connected to his accusation and maybe the case number circulating around the blogosphere. After his enlistment ends, this'll follow him around every time he applies for a job. Some HR guy will Google his name, pretty much standard in hiring now, and see what a trustworthy person has applied. And who knows, maybe it'll turn out he was lying about being a SEAL as well. Name him and shame him, it's the only way to deal with scum who use the legal system as a weapon.
