criminal mind and the insane, when dretemined enough, can cause murder and mayhem in a myriad of ways. So the question remains. Should we simply ban people so that no one ever again has to worry about their safety?I guess "banning people" at this point would be just a little bit extreme - but I can't help thinking that maybe there's more to Dexter TV series idea than meets the eye (some people very much dislike it, and I find it hard to disagree, but think for a moment of a living organism trying to boost its immune system in somewhat unpredictable and unanticipated ways).
