got a dwi not long ago for running a red then_a href="http://tzaetsymz.com"_ blniwog_/a_ a .047 then later a .055 at the station. open bottle in the back seat of vodka. had no idea i could refuse sobriety tests until later but only one was only administered at the station after arrest. was charged with 23152 (a)vc without the per se subdivision b. i knew that i blew below the limit but they still arrested me and also found of marijuana in my car as well then charged me for alcohol/drugs least i had not smoked at all while driving either. facing possible suspension of license and also court in 30 days. what do you think will happen as far as charges nd my fate goes??
